Cancellations:
All appointments are required to give 24 Hrs notice of cancellation (including vouchers),to avoid incurring penalties.If notice is made less than a 24 Hr period a $50 cancellation Fee will apply.If failure to attend a scheduled appointment a full fee of that appointment will apply.
Vouchers:
The time frame of vouchers are specified on the individual voucher, and need to be taken
within that time frame.
Vouchers need to be presented at the time of consultation.
Vouchers are nontransferable.
